Make every step count with a fundraising walk

Organising your own fundraising walk is a meaningful, simple, and fun way to support HI's life-changing work.

When you’re learning to walk again, every step counts.

Rehabilitation care can be life changing - it means regaining independence and hope. But if you’ve been injured and can’t access the care you need, then there’s a real danger that your injury could become a permanent disability.

Every single day Humanity & Inclusion's physiotherapists help hundreds of injured and disabled people back on to their feet.

"Walking is something that most of us take for granted, but for people with serious injuries it can take months of physiotherapy and practice to regain their independence."
Pete Skelton, Humanity & Inclusion UK's Rehabilitation Project Manager.

Help change lives with a fundraising walk

Taking your first steps is a crucial milestone for people learning to walk again. And organising your own fundraising walk is a meaningful, simple, and above all fun way to support HI's work with injured and disabled people.

Whether it's a Sunday morning walk to a pub, a woodland stroll, or something a bit more adventurous, you can get friends, family, club members and others together for a great day out. With summer here, now is a fantastic time to head outdoors and help change lives forever.
